Guidelines enable USB Debugging mode for Android 4.2

If you are a regular Android user like root and install the custom ROM, the Mod is the one that is a prerequisite to enable USB Debugging mode for the device.
USB Debugging mode is enabled when the Android device directly connected to the computer via USB cable. The main function of this mode is to facilitate connections between Android devices and PC with Android SDK (development kit software is designed to assist in the development of Android applications).

For devices running Android 4.1 .2 and before you can turn on USB Debugging mode by going to the menu Settings -> Applications -> Development -> Tick select USB Debugging. however after the latest update Android 4.2 Development, the menu was google hidden away to avoid the use of these parameters change could cause instability on the device. To access this mode, users need to perform some special action.
However, you can easily access the menu and Development USB Debugging mode enabled by following these steps:
Step 1 : Go to Settings> About phone.

Step 2 : In the menu About phone tap row 7 times the current Build Number as shown below. If you hit correctly will receive the message "You are Developer"

Step 3 : Access Development usual menu Settings -> Applications -> Development and select enable USB debugging or any part you want.
