Step 1 : Copy 2 Rom and Gapps file has been downloaded to the phone memory card.

Step 2 : Turn off the phone, disconnect the computer.

Step 3 : Boot your phone into Recovery Mode by pressing and holding the Volume Up key + Home + Power.

Step 4 : In CWM recovery create a Nandroid backup first for the old ROM version: Backup and Restore> Backup.

Step 5 : Delete old data ROM version:

Wipe cache partition> confirm

Advanced> Wipe Dalvik Cache> confirm

Step 6 : In CWM select Install ZIP from SD card> Choose ZIP from SD card> choose the ROM file to the memory card copied in step 1 and select Yes to proceed with the installation.

Step 7 : Repeat step 6 but with Gapps file to install google apps.

Step 8 : Go back to the main menu select Reboot system now to reboot the phone. First startup may take longer than usual.
