Up Method ROM for I9500 Galaxy S4

In this article we will guide you to read detailed step by step method of writing up a user ROM (Custom ROM) on the phone is very popular today I9500 Galaxy S4. First, you must download the ROM and Gapps applications related files (in most cases). Then follow the steps below to install Custom ROM on I9500 Galaxy S4.


Note:

It can work with TWRP Recovery or any other recovery tools. In previous articles I recommend using ClockworkMod Recovery in this case.

If you have trouble booting or rebooting repeatedly, then proceed to delete the cache and Dalvik cache several times before restarting.

Way Up S4 Galaxy I9500 ROM:
1. Connect your phone to your computer with USB cable.
2. Copy the downloaded file on the SD card of your phone. Note: Do not extract any files.
3. Disconnect the USB and then turn off your phone.
4. Now boot into ClockworkMod recovery by simultaneously pressing and holding the Volume Up + Home, then press the Power button and you will see the recovery options. Use the Volume keys to browse the selection of the remaining Recovery Home key to select an option.
5. Make a Nandroid Backup of your current ROM, so you can restore it later if the new ROM does not work or you want to go back to the old ROM. To perform a backup, select Backup and Restore, then on the next screen, select Backup again. Back to main Recovery menu after completing BackUp.
6. Next perform wipe data. To perform select data wipe (wipe data) / factory reset, then select Yes on the next screen to confirm your operation. Wait a few minutes for the data to be erased. Now return to the main menu CWM recovery. Choose erase (wipe) cache partition and after the process is done, select Wipe Dalvik cache under option to wipe Dalvik cache performance.
7. Choose install zip from SD card, then choose Zip from SD card. Example Locate the ZIP ROM that you copied earlier in Step 2 and select it by pressing the Home button. Confirm installation by selecting Yes - Install _____. Zip on the next screen. The ROM installation will start automatically.
8. After installing the ROM is done, repeat step 7 but choose instead Gapps zip ROM zip file to install the Google apps package.
9. Now repeat step 6
10. When everything has been done, go back to the main recovery menu and select reboot system to boot the phone and use the new ROM. First boot will take time so please be patient.
11. Restore previous ROM: To return to your previous ROM, boot into recovery, choose backup and restore then restore your previous ROM by selecting from the list.
