Set as portable application applications apps by default on Windows

PortableApps platform very well, it allows you to carry a wide range of applications on a USB drive and even presented as a quite intuitive Start Menu so that it runs from the system tray.However, you can not set the application in conjunction with this file format on your computer (ie you can launch applications and open files from the app), so this is also a drawback small point of PortableApps, you can overcome this drawback by procedure follows:

If you have not been integrated PortableApps USB, you can download it here, then install onto your USB.

Open any application, in this article will illustrate with SQLite Database Browser application.

After launching the application is complete, you right-click on the PortableApps icon in the system tray and select the path: Preferences / Edit configuation ini File .

Editing window will appear ini file with Notepad application of Windows . Here you can add any file format will come with certain applications on USB. For example, to set the MP3 file will automatically run with VLC Portable application, you add the following command: mp3 = .. \ VLCPortable \ VLCPortable.exe

Do the same for the remaining files to the respective application,
