Customization is one of the core elements of Android. The applications available for this platform allows you to install a variety of features to your liking. Unfortunately, Android does not allow you to configure settings for individual applications. For example, if you turn on the GPS, it will activate all installed applications on the device, until disabled. And a tool called App Override was born to overcome this drawback. It is a great app for you to configure individual applications while keeping intact the default state of the device features.
When booting, the screen will display a dropdown list of all apps installed on your phone. Defaults button at the top of the list displays the default settings are used across the entire application. Users can configure any changes in the application on the list. Override List App lets you edit the configuration:
- Font size
- Input method
- Maximum CPU Speed
- Minimum CPU Speed
- Orientation
- Screen Timeout
- Sound Mode
- Wifi
While most of this set does not claim root , a number of control options such as CPU Speed and Input method will not work without this right. Root offers several advantages such as: CPU speed feature can be easier to overclock the processor, to be able to play the game hog.
To change the settings of an application, click it and then select your custom settings from the popup menu. You can install to customize or default status. When you're ready, click the ON button in the upper left corner of the screen to overwrite the changes. From the Settings screen, set the application to automatically launch at startup and switching device icon in the notification bar.
Override application can run well on Android version 2.3 or higher. As a Beta version so there are some bugs not overcome despite not affect the device. Download and install the application using the link below.
