Installing CM 10.2 (Android 4.3) Nightly Build Custom ROM on Galaxy Note N7000

Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 have updated Android version 4.3 Jelly Bean, though not officially adopted the CyanogenMod custom ROM. If you own a Galaxy Note N7000 that want it up to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, please follow this article to find a method.

Note : This guide is only for Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 device not for other devices, Tech-zoom will not be responsible for any damage that may happen to your device. Although the error will not happen if you do the right by-step instructions below.
Some work to do before the installation .
  • Backup data sufficient to restore data in the event erased when installing ROM.
  • Check the battery on the device, ensure that at least 80% longer battery life.
  • Install USB Driver for Galaxy Note N7000 computer.
  • Make sure USB Debugging is enabled.
  • Equipment was installed ClockworkMod Recovery.

Install ROM Android 4.3 on the Galaxy Note N7000
  1. Connect your phone to your computer with USB cable.
  2. Download and coppy files to the SD card of your phone. Note: do not extract file.
  3. Disconnect the USB and then turn off your phone.
  4. Boot into ClockworkMod recovery
  5. Create a Nandroid backup ROM
  6. Proceed delete data.
  7. Choose "install zip from sdcard", then select "choose zip from sdcard". Seek file "-10.2-cm-nightly-n7000.zip 20,130,904" and press the "Power" button to select. Confirm installation by selecting Yes - Install _____. Zip on the next screen. ROM will automatically install.
  8. After completing the ROM installation process, repeat the step 7 but choose gapps-jb-file-signed.zip 20,130,813 instead of ROM zip to install the Google apps package.
  9. Go to the main menu of Recovery and select "reboot system now" to reboot the tablet and boot into Android 4.3 Jelly Bean ROM customized CM10.2. First time boot will take time so please wait.
  10. If this ROM does not suit you, move the old ROM by booting into recovery, select "backup and restore" and restore ROM in the next tutorial.
So you can use Android 4.3 Jelly Bean on the device Galaxy Note N7000.
